Bear River Lodge is a 600-acre single-family development that started with a land purchase in 2004 and was turned over to the Homeowners in 2008. The Homeowners Association currently stewards all of the common areas of the community, including our beautiful Lodge, located on the banks of the unspoiled Big Laurel Creek.
